If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at Asyde, you have the possibility to return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products to us. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we accept returns within 10 days of the original delivery date.

To return an item, please contact us at help@shopasyde.com to receive a Return Authorization number and return shipping label.

When your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. You will receive a refund for the total less the $10 cost of the return processing fee within 10 business days from receipt. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, and in the same currency. Note that exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.
